Sleek and sweet, Candi Clouds is Hudson Valleys premier cotton candy cart. We are Food Vendor Permitted by the Orange County NY Department of health for public events (Coming to your County Soon).

In addition to public events, Candi Clouds offers multiple private party packages with options  to add personalized cart décor in the way of balloon or flower arches, an event message board display, and anything you can dream up!

Candi Clouds is a small business, a sweet confection of Candace Wiggins, affectionately called Candi in her younger years, about the time she found her interest in spinning cotton candy. Now, no longer an unfledged youth, Candi is the mom to a Freshman in high school and has served in the Health Care industry for over 15 years.
